Booking a call

When you book a call, we receive your name, your email address, your comment if you write one, and the time you chose. They become an event in our Google Calendar, and Google sends you the invitation. We use them to hold the call and to write to you about it, as steps you ask for before a possible contract, and keep them while we discuss working together. The email address is required: without it we cannot send the invitation.

Against spam, the booking service keeps a one-way hash of your email address and of your IP address for 90 days, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person fills in the form. Turnstile sees your IP address and technical details of your browser. Here we rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the form.

Visits and ads

Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages and which of our Google ads lead to booked calls. It stores cookies whose names start with _ga for up to two years, and Google keeps the data for at most 14 months. After a click on one of our ads, Google Ads may store cookies whose names start with _gcl for 90 days, so that a call booked later counts for that ad.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland this needs your consent, and nothing is stored on your device until you accept. Until then, or if you reject, Google receives only signals without cookies or identifiers, which it uses to estimate totals. Elsewhere the measurement is on, based on our legitimate interest in knowing which pages and ads work, and you can turn it off. Your answer is kept in the cookie fep_consent for 180 days. You can change it with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Voice assistant

The home page has a voice assistant. If you start a call with it, the sound from your microphone goes to Ultravox, the service that runs the assistant, and the text of the conversation stays in our Ultravox account. Our server logs the questions the assistant looks up in our knowledge base, and older entries are deleted as new ones arrive. When the call ends, the text can go into our project request form, and we receive it only if you send the form.

Forms

Start Project and Become a Partner open Google Forms. Google stores your answers for us, and we use them to reply to you.

Server logs

The server of this website and its booking pages logs each request with the IP address, time, page and browser. We use the logs to keep the site working and safe, and they are deleted after 14 days.

Who else processes the data

Google (Analytics, Ads, Calendar, Forms), Cloudflare (Turnstile) and Ultravox (the voice assistant) process this data for us (Aleksei Rezvov PR Beograd, registration number 67235754, the data controller) under their data protection terms, and may do so outside your country, including in the United States.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, for its correction or deletion, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a format you can take elsewhere. You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what was done before. Write to privacy@foreachpartners.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
